People working in a startup have a sparkle in their eyes, a spring in their step and a desire to get things done. They keep on believing that they can change the world. They are still naive enough to think that their ideas can revolutionize how things are.
In a startup, you get to see how great ideas begin. There are fresh ideas, there is fun, and there is a new way of looking at mundane, and that itself is worth something, don’t you think?

But there’s something even more extraordinarily fantastic, and that is everyone in a startup has a dream. We’re ambitious enough to dream bigger than the biggest billionaires we know.
They are crazy enough to sit in small room apartments and think of what their multi storied office view will be. And we are hopeful enough to feel there is a better tomorrow for humanity.
Seriously, it is this that makes working in a startup worth it. Because you know you are trying to stretch your horizon and working for a bigger cause.
